The ‘Running Man’ does it again!

As you are all aware our infamous Mr Sherr was running the marathon this year to raise money for RP Fighting Blindness a charity group who research Retinits Pigmentosa. A charity dear to his heart.

It was a tough grueling race but Russell pushed through it, with the usual grit and determination that he always applies, and came across the finish line in 5 hours 31 minutes and 15 seconds, beating his time from 2010, which he is pleased about!.

This in itself is a great achievement especially after having sustained an injury in training which at one point cast a cloud over the Marathon hopes.
